Home made granola

Hello, would you like some homemade granola?

Well, we know it's practical to buy ready-made granola, but it sure won't be healthier than making it yourself at home! On top of that we can make it to our liking with the ingredients we have there… Don't you agree? In case you need more arguments we want to tell you that we made a super easy, quick and healthy recipe here! Ideal to add to natural yogurts, milk or fruit ?

Ingredients:

— 150 g oat flakes

— 50 g granulated almonds

— 15 g sunflower seeds

— 1 c. cinnamon powder dessert

— 40 g of chocolate chips or chips

— 20 g of simple dehydrated tenebrio

— 60 g of honey or other natural sweetener

— 1 c. coconut oil or olive oil

Procedure:

— Preheat the oven to 180ºC;

— Combine all the dry ingredients (excluding the chocolate) in a container and reserve;

— Place the honey and coconut oil in a small bowl and place in the microwave for 30 seconds, remove and stir well until combined;

—Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well to involve all the ingredients;

—Place the mixture on a baking tray and spread it out well so the mixture doesn't overlap (Tip: put parchment paper on the base so it doesn't stick);

—Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and stir every 10 minutes so it doesn't burn;

—After 30 minutes, remove from the oven (granola should be golden and crispy), —Leave to cool completely;

—When the granola is cold, add the chocolate;

—Store homemade granola in a glass jar.

Try it and you will see that you will not regret it! If the smell when it comes out of the oven is good, the taste is even better ?
